BEFORE
Prepare your health and hygiene kit, which should include things like a face mask, alcohol, hand sanitizer, and tissues.
Prepare and bring food and water for your consumption whenever possible.
Check your temperature
DURING
Maintain a social distance of at least 2 meters between yourself and other people.
Step on the floor markings to keep a safe distance from the other people.
Avoid crowded areas and always wear your facemask when out in public.
When coughing or sneezing while wearing a mask, do not use your hands to cover your mouth to avoid contamination.
If you have come into contact with bodily fluids, such as while coughing or sneezing, immediately clean your hands with a 70 percent alcohol solution or wash your hands for 20 seconds if soap and water are available.
Avoid unnecessarily touching your face, eyes, nose, and mouth with your bare hands.
Avoid touching countertops, outdoor equipment, or digital touchscreens that are often touched.
Avoid sharing things, and devices, as well as other personal belongings.
AFTER
Dispose away used hygiene paper materials such as tissue, or face masks as soon as possible and correctly in designated waste containers.
Change your clothing right away.
Hands and arms up to the elbows should be washed or disinfected with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer or wipes.
If you feel anything, seek emergency medical attention if you have any of the following signs and symptoms: fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.
